Für die Unterstützung unserer Abteilung Projektentwicklung suchen wir ab sofort eine motivierte und engagierte Projektassistenz (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Berlin mit folgendem Aufgabengebiet: 

• Unterstützung bei der Projektakquise und strategischen Entwicklung von Solarprojekten
• Hilfe beim Scouting und der Akquise von Flächen für PV-Freiflächenanlagen
• Vorbereitung von Anschreiben an Grundstückseigentümer und Aufbereitung von Nutzungsverträgen
• Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Kommunen und mit Kataster- und Grundbuchämtern sowie Notariaten
• Erstellung von Präsentationen und kontinuierliche Dokumentenpflege
• Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen
• Vorbereitung von Netzanschlussanfragen, Kommunikation mit Netzbetreibern
• Beauftragung und Koordination von externen Planern und Fachgutachtern
• Büroorganisation sowie allgemeine Assistenzsaufgaben (Posteingang, Telefondienst, Wiedervorlage, etc.)

• Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
• Sehr gute Kommunikationskompetenz
• Selbstbewusstes Auftreten sowie eine zuverlässige und gut organisierte ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Strukturiertes und eigenständiges Arbeiten, flexibel
