The company was founded beginning 2009 and has more than 350 professional, internationally experienced employees. As pioneers of this industry, the Enerparc team is specialized in project development, installation as well as in the investment and operation of solar power plants and has offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Madrid, Bordeaux, Sydney and Bangalore. Our services range from the technical design, turnkey delivery (EPC) to the operation and maintenance (O&M) of PV power plants.

Your Tasks

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Useranfragen im Rahmen des User Help Desk
  • Problemidentifikation, Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung über Ticketsystem, E-Mail und Telefon
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung technischer und anwendungsspezifischer Anfragen
  • Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Windows Clients und Smartphones/Tablets
  • Teilnahme an der IT Rufbereitschaft
  • Aktualisierung und Erweiterung der IT (Lösungs-)Dokumentation
  • Projektarbeit im Rahmen von Systemumstellungen und Migrationen

Your Profile

  • Fachinformatiker (Fachrichtung Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Microsoft Zertifizierung (z.B. MCSA) wünschenswert
  • Administration und Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 11
  • Microsoft Office Software Suite, Office 365, Windows Server, VMware, Remote Support Tools, Standard-Applikationen, gängige PC-Hardware
  • Erfahrung mit VoIP, Netzwerken und Firewalls wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Empathie
