As pioneers of this industry, the Enerparc team is specialized in project development, installation as well as in the investment and operation of solar power plants and has offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Madrid, Bordeaux, Sydney and Bangalore. Our services range from the technical design, turnkey delivery (EPC) to the operation and maintenance (O&M) of PV power plants.
Your Tasks
- Betreuung der Mitarbeiter:innen vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter:innen in personal- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten sowie Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen und Bescheinigungen
- Betreuung des internen Ausbildungsbereiches
- Organisation und Koordination von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten und Sonderthemen
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal/ Wirtschaftspsychologie
- Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Personalbetreuung und Administration
- Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und HR-Systemen (z.B. Personio)
- Idealerweise ein Ausbilder:innenschein, erste Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung und rudimentäre Kenntnisse im Bereich Payroll
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Word und Schrift
- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Selbstständige, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Team- und Beratungsorientierung sowie Empathie
- Integrität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
