Introduction

ENERPARC AG is an internationally successful specialist in the whole value chain of large-scale photovoltaic (PV) power plants in the megawatt segment. The company was founded beginning 2009 and has more than 350 professional, internationally experienced employees. As pioneers of this industry, the Enerparc team is specialized in project development, installation as well as in the investment and operation of solar power plants and has offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Madrid, Bordeaux, Sydney and Bangalore. Our services range from the technical design, turnkey delivery (EPC) to the operation and maintenance (O&M) of PV power plants.

Sunnic is the 100% subsidiary of ENERPARC AG and responsible for the electricity marketing of the Enerparc electricity portfolio as well as other renewable electricity producers. With a team of around 40 employees from different areas, we are active in exchange-based electricity trading and electricity marketing.

Your Tasks

  • Migration bestehender Legacy‑Skripte in moderne, modulare Python‑Packages
  • Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung interner Softwarekomponenten
  • Sicherstellung von Coding Standards (PEP‑8, Typisierung, Docstrings)
  • Anwendung professioneller Entwicklungs‑Tools wie Poetry (Dependency Management & Packaging),   ruff (Linting & Formatting) oder mypy (Static Typing)
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer sauberen Projektstruktur (src‑layout, Tests, CI‑Checks)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Automatisierung von Prozessen rund um Datenverarbeitung, Forecast‑Pipelines und interne Tools
  • Unterstützung bei Code‑Reviews und Qualitätsprozessen
  • Dokumentation der entwickelten Module und Funktionen
  • Optional: Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Handels‑ und Analysesysteme

Your Profile

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Data Science, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen mit technischem oder analytischem Schwerpunkt
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Python und grundlegendes Verständnis von Software‑Engineering‑Prinzipien
  • Erfahrung mit modernen Python‑Tools und Libraries von Vorteil (Poetry, ruff, mypy, pytest)
  • Erste Erfahrung mit modularer Softwareentwicklung oder Packaging (z. B. eigene Projekte, Uni‑Projekte, GitHub‑Repos)
  • Verständnis von Versionierung und Zusammenarbeit in Git
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Motivation zur Arbeit in einem professionellen Entwicklungsumfeld
  • Bonus: Erfahrung mit Datenpipelines, Forecasting‑Code oder Pandas/NumPy
